ICT Awareness training is anticipated to empower government officials to refresh their role in office and transform the service offerings delivered by themselves to the public. ICTA expects the ICT Awareness programme to improve quality of work, efficiency and self motivation whereby government employees would be positive participants in the forthcoming e government programmes. The final goal is for government agencies to be more people and results–oriented in the way they work.
