- This initiative will provide funds to create capacity within local universities to provide ongoing career guidance among promising students, especially those not undergoing ICT courses.

- Expand the ICT literacy and general employability of graduates entering the ICT industry from fields other than ICT.

- Mentees to attend fortnightly practical one to one sessions with managers of ICT companies. Â Â Â Â
- Training sessions on topics relevant to the ICT sector and other skill sets, similar to courses under strategies 5 to 8.
