Overview
- This initiative would seek to establish a register of Sri Lankan ICT talent currently abroad and establish a virtual ‘talent bank’ within the ICTA website.
Purpose? Â Â Â
- To repatriate skills and experience currently lost to foreign markets. Â Â Â
-  To provide a discussion forum which would act as a catalyst to focus business and government leaders’ attention on international ICT trends.        Â
Beneficiaries?   Â
- Database Management companies, website companies, recruitment companies, survey companies
How?   Â
- A consultant would be selected through a competitive bidding process to create a database of expatriates. Â Â Â Â
- The database would be maintained within the ICTA website.
