Overview   

• This strategy is aimed at providing career counsellors information on the ICT industry, specifically on employment opportunities and the requisite skills, knowledge and attitudes required to enter the industry.     

Purpose?     

• To raise the quality of ICT career counsellors by addressing the lack of market knowledge and market requirements of the career counsellors in universities and other educational institutions    
• To raise the profile of the ICT industry as a career destination.            

Beneficiaries?     

• Career guidance counsellors (full time or part time) employed at established recognized education institute with over 1000 students.            

How?

• Bi monthly seminars will be held to update career counsellor knowledge for applicants that are sponsored by the employer
