MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) for implementing a comprehensive Monitoring and evaluation system for District and Divisional secretariats level

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) entered between Sri Lanka Parliamentarians Forum for Evaluation, and Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka with the mutual intention to cooperate in developing an environment to collect, use and disseminate data for monitoring, evaluation and decision making at district, provincial and national level.
ICTA will support in incorporating ICT/digital technologies for monitoring and evaluation of development interventions implemented at the District and divisional secretariat offices through developing a comprehensive database/ software systems and conducting required M&E related capacity building programs for the government officials specially in the district level.
