Mr. Hilme read for his BSc. (Hons) Degree in Multimedia Computing & Technology at the University of Staffordhshire , UK, and is currently enrolled at the University of Staffordshire, UK for his MSc. in Technology Management. Mr. Hilme was appointed to the Board of ICTA in January 2016.
Rakitha Rajapakshe is a Lawyer by profession and holds a L.L.B (Hons) from the University of London. He has specialized in the area of International Commercial Law and Finance and has obtained a First Class in his Masters in Law from the University of West London.
